The elegant Davidsonville redesign
focused on efficiency and longevity
Interior design selections throughout the new kitchen and owner’s bathroom along with a complete build-out on the lower level gave us the opportunity to bring an elegant feel to this beautiful homestead.
The owner’s bathroom, once dark and outdated, now provides spa-like retreat complete with chromotherapy tub and steam room in a welcoming, bright space. Refurbished ‘His’ and ‘Her’s’ vanities bring in a calming blue accent to the glass and linen tile.
HD Squared Architects enriched the elegant home with custom-crafted cabinetry for the remodeled kitchen design including a large multi-functional island with plenty of charging stations, a new coffee / wet bar and butler’s pantry.
Prior to finishing the basement, the design and construction team (Annapolis Green Construction) resolved several storm water issues to increase the longevity of the home and the health of the occupants.
The exquisite transformation of space now supports pool parties, a home theater, home gym, infrared sauna and an additional lower-level apartment.
Coupled with customized details for resilience and longevity, the architectural design updates ensure that family and friends can enjoy the home for years to come.
