Melanie Hartwig-Davis of HD Squared designed my dream retirement home. I owned a modest 40-year-old house on a waterfront lot. The lot had wonderful water views that were only visible from the windows over the kitchen sink and the bathroom. Melanie’s designs transformed my run-down house into an upscale modern home that takes full advantage of the views and will accommodate aging in place. We gutted the interior and basically rebuilt the house. Her interior design ideas resulted in a terrific kitchen and a stunning master bath. I love the finished house.
